I hope so.... if we can do more or less 5k in 9 weeks, we should be okay with that... loving the optimism and wondering if I can find me a half marathon that isn't in Milan.... mmmm you got me thinking.

Good move, that girl. Now get planning, and stick to it - race dates have a knack of creeping up on you.
Iโve been on to Asics for a training plan which starts in Feb. But obviously before then I am training for the 10km in May. So hopefully by May I will be well and truly ready for the 10 and on my way to HM. Target is to build up with intervals with total run/walk distance of 10km by Christmas. Once I achieve that Iโll re-evaluate. Either further distances by run/walk or focus on running the full 10. Iโve heard a lot of good things about doing long distances by using the Jeff Galloway method? The fact is I know I can run 30 mins too so once a week Iโll do a โlong runโ as in 30 mins or more without stopping to walk. But the other 2 per week will be interval.
Does that make any sense? ๐
