I came home from watching the winter run this year after meeting some lovely people from this forum. I met my other half in the pub and he was stood with a couple of our neighbours. Since then Runningforme has gone gone on to complete the program and today did her first 5km event with me. Before she started the program she had sworn she would never ever run but at the end of the event you could tell she was a convert, she was beaming from ear to ear and had had a great morning. It was two laps and therefore two hills but she came in a great pace. A great day with good friends
