Well I managed to complete my 3 training days in wk 1 πŸ˜„

For some reason I found today a little harder but maybe that was because I didn’t get much sleep last night ? Does anyone else have days like this?πŸ˜‰

Never the less I am so pleased as I never thought I’d do it πŸ‘

Now looking forward to wk 2 πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Absolutely!! Your body is just getting used to all this new exercise! I always find the last run the hardest for some reason! Good luck with week 2 and well done!!! ☺️

Well done you’ve made a start which can often be the hardest part!

I don’t think I’ve ever had two runs the same- some are better than others. I still don’t find it a breeze and I’m on week 13/9 ...so to speak 😊.

Good afternoon! Well done on completing week 1. I completed my last run of week 1 this morning aswell and found it tougher than the other runs. Looking through my 'MapMyRun' app it turns out I ran faster than the other runs albeit unintentionally!

On to week two! Good luck xx

I seem to have 3 apps open when I'm running. Couch25k, MapMyRun and podcasts! All sorts to try and deal with. I only use MapMyRun as I like to know the distance I've covered :) x

Well done.

You will very soon realise that just about everything that you do can have an impact on your running and in time you will realise that your running can influence very many aspects of your life.

Sleep, diet, hydration, general physical state etc. all affect you and to get the best out of your running you can fine tune all these things to maximise the joy of running.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Oh yes I did. It's just your body adjusting to the new exercise program that you have started on. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated the day before a run and a good nights sleep will help too!! Sometimes taking an extra rest day can also help 😊

Good luck with wk2 πŸ˜„
