I ... can't help being a bit concerned as your last post a few days ago was about Week 4 ... Well done, but I'd hate for your enthusiasm to be crushed if you overdo it and end up doing yourself a mischief. The plan was devised to get people safely up to 5K ... were you a runner before this? Anyway, enjoy the rest of your day ... rest up tomorrow!
A good achievement. But please be careful. That is a significant move up from week 4. The programme aims to get you to running 30 mins consistently, in a safe manner. The injury couch is no fun at all.
Err.. not sure if, well done, are the right words..maybe as Millsie-J and icklegui say.. too far, too soon and too fast.
Please.....remember unless you are already, an experienced runner.. your muscles, your stamina and strength all take time to build and C25K only begins that process.
The programme is slow and structured to take you safely to 30 minute runs after none weeks.. and not to the IC.
