Last run of week one and made three changes. A young lady of my acquaintance wanted to start running again ahead of a charity event so I invited her to run with me. I took her to the old Salt Line just outside of Alsager and introduced her to the running pattern of week 1. I decided to push myself a little more than previously.
The outcome was excellent and I feel terrific. The young lady enjoyed it and wants to run again so I've pointed her to this community, hopefully she will take it up.
