Well done on your running career so far. There are plenty of apps and podcasts and programmes to extend your running up to 10k, however, you are best to consolidate what you have learned so far for a few weeks. Your body has progressed in its running and needs time to adjust to running three times a week before you move on.

Just finish the plan.. and then.. not 10K straight away... lots of consolidation first.. thirty minute runs always included... short runs, longer runs, different routes, then maybe C25K+ podcasts and after a few weeks, then you, and your new running legs, and your stamina and strength will think about a 10K plan
