Completed wk9 run2 this morning, one more to go. So pleased to get this far even if it's taken me 11 weeks. Few hiccups along the way but kept at it as we all say slow and steady. Sometimes took 2 days between runs which helped me. Highlight of my run this morning was 7 pheasant chicks running along beside me for a short while 😂 makes a change from the midges!!

Well done! I've got to the end of week 8 in 10 weeks, a bit scared to start week 9, maybe I don't want it to end??

It's quite a scary thought running 'on your own' anyway the post 5k information looks really useful. BTW the difference from wk 8 to wk 9 is not too bad, good luck.

Just a hiccup, it's all gone well so far, just a few repeat runs, but since week 5 I've been taking two or three rest days in between runs, so that's why it's taking so long. Planning on Week 9 Run 1 tomorrow, early before it gets too hot - I can't do heat!
