I can now run for 5 mins without stopping!!! Never thought I could do this, I get up at 6am three times a week and I actually love it. I used Sarah Millicans voice as we are both Geordies. Although I haven’t lost weight I feel fitter in myself. I have set myself a goal to run a 5k race each month and build up a medal collection. I would love to chat to more beginner runners

I am not sure that you should be telling us that you get up at 6 o'clock in the morning to rub yourself three times a week for five minutes at a time...........maybe you should try running, it might be healthier.
