Week 4 😬

So today it's week 4 run 1.

How the hell am I going to run for 5 minutes....... twice!!!

I'm building myself up to it, after I've dropped the kids at school and I've picked my place, the flattest park around, 15 minutes drive away. I'm going to give myself the best chance possible with no hills!!

Just take it slow and steady, you can do this, trust the program and believe in yourself, you've got this.

You will amaze yourself! I think I said that every run.

You'll do it! Just get those trainers on and follow the plan.

Then come on here and let us know how well you did πŸ˜€

You will be amazed! 1 run ahead and 5 mins seemed impossible last week but taking it slow and steady it is possible. Good luck

What makes you think you can't, other than lack of self belief?

Has the plan let you down before?

Stop flapping, be calm and do it.

OMFG I did it!!! Had to take a couple of steps in the last 5 min run but I didn't stop!! My breathing was fine, it was actually my calf muscles that were tight. Any tips?

Are you doing the stretches afterwards? And blooming well done on getting out there, run it in the head first, and your legs always follow.

In my experience bad head equalled bad legs....
