Well I did it I ran my 8 mins very comfortably I wasnโt out off breath I felt ok ๐ well much better than I thought ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐, now Iโve got my third run to do and itโs 20 mins ๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ quiet a big jump from 16 !!!, but Iโve come this far. Now and Iโm going to do it I think ๐ค well Iโm going to try ๐๐๐x

Just keep the same pace that you have been doing. Maybe even slow it down a bit as you have the extra 4 minutes.
But just relax, enjoy your music and you will breeze through it.

You have recognised that you ran for 16 minutes, but between warm up and cool down you were constantly moving for 21 minutes, so actually for longer than the next run.
You might think you are going to complete the next run..........I know you are going to complete the next run..........so believe it.

I am dressed, stretched, and ready to go do W5R2. The 8 min. is in my head but I want to do it without stopping at all to walk. I'll be back to report by progress pretty soon! I can do this!
I did it! Every bit! I'm not very speedy but I felt good - got a good rhythm in the 8 min. stretch...thank you all for the encouragement! I feel like I found this forum just in time!
Iโve just completed the 20 minute run. It sounds daunting but trust in the programme and you will do it. Iโm an overweight 60 year old so if I can do it anyone can. I would wish you good luck but you wonโt need it ๐
