Disappointed this morning as didn’t make it to the end of the run. Called it a day at 15 mins, To be honest from the start everything felt slightly wrong but I’m not disheartened, 15 mins is still almost double the length I’ve run without a break so far. Try again on Wednesday.

Great attitude Tracey. Not all runs are equal, I’ve had a few myself!! Treat it as a practice run. You’ll smash it next time. Slow & steady is the name of this game👍🏻
Sometimes it’s just not there... but you now have 15 minutes under your belt and that will build extra fitness and strength for next time out... slow and steady, you can do it.

Rather than abandon the run, just stop and let your breathing normalise before setting off again. It can make all the difference between completing the run and not 🙂
Go only very slowly and you should have enough puff 💪👍
Good attitude! Think of you 5 weeks ago, have a rest day, and just go out and do it You know what FAIL means? First Attempt In Learning and I see you've learnt your lesson - you ran 15 minutes without a break! That's awesome!!!
Wk5 Run3 done! I’m really not sure how the hell I got through, was ready to give in at 10 and 15 mins. When all went quiet I thought yay it’s the end, “you have 2 mins left” she said, I very nearly sobbed. But had got that far couldn’t very well stop then. Makes Run 1 of week 6 look like a doddle 😆
