After my Monday F**l ( not allowed to say the F word or mommycav washes mouth out with soap) I did my R3 wk4 this morning . Tough going up the steeper paths but still did it! Wow I’m chuffed with myself this morning x thank you for your support when I doubted myself

Well done, a great run!

Yes you are right, we never use the f word on this forum. Every run adds to your running legs , even those that end up a 'practice' run.

Keep going, you are doing brilliantly!🏃🏻‍♀️
