Did my last C25k run this morning .. W9 R3 .. OMG .. peeps I promise you with all my heart if I can do this anyone can.

I only got to the 4th 60 sec run in those first sessions & thought what the f*** have I let myself in for I cant breath & the sweats running off me.

Today I completed the app & cried .. I started this training to make sure I could RUN the 5k colour run for my mums hospice in her memory.

Keep going, well done to those starting out, carrying on & fantastic job to those finishing xx

It's truly inspirational to see someone like you who struggled to complete the first run, coming away running 30 minutes! I must say I had my doubts after the first couple of runs (though my particular problem was my trousers nearly falling down!) and wondered how, if it was such an effort to run 60 seconds, how on earth I was going to run 30 minutes, but the programme really works, doesn't it? Weather permitting, my graduation run will be tomorrow morning.

I expect it will be emotional for you doing the Colour Run in memory of your mum, but what a day that will be - finally achieving what you've done all this training for! Best of luck on the day.
