That went ok apart from the wind(not me) should have really worked it out a bit better though as last 2 mind if last run was up hill, probably a slope to most but definitely a hill to me, heart rate went up further than it has before on this programme but thankfully came back down again 😊

Well done you!

Anything, not flat, sloping upwards, counts as a hill in my book :)

Onward and errrr....upwards:)

Well to conquer both the wind & hiils is a huge well done in my books & adding to that an early morning run is a sign of commitment πŸ‘πŸ˜Š like old floss any hint of a slope of any gradient is a hill to me πŸ˜‚ we are at the same week so look forward to seeing you at graduation 😊happy running πŸƒ

Brilliant, well done!

If you live surrounded by hills ( as I do). it is a good idea to embrace them early. Always, always slow and steady. That way you can run any route,

I have a flat route treat every so often. I need to drive there but its worth it for an occasional flat riverside route 😎

The secret is to make sure you tell yourself.....its hard because its a hill, rather than letting the gremilns make you think you cant run,

Go steady and choose your routes carefully πŸ‘πŸΌ

Oh those hills are a killer. To the non-runner they look flat but once you try to run up it it's almost a mountain! Sounds like you're doing great!
