This morning, while it was still dark and the temperature a smidge above freezing, I willingly went out and ran up and down the same hill for half an hour. The neighbours are starting to look at me askance!

Well done you! I don't feel so bad now as I was thinking the other day about where I could find a hill to do just that but where not too many people would see me😂😂 now I know I'm not alone doing theses mad things im going to go for it !! So well done for motivating me!! "Two mad hatters" now😂😂 there is steps up a hill in Elgin I thought I could try as lovely views on the top but hard going a lot of puffing going up ha ha! So I could keep trying that till it becomes easy😂😂 maybe by next christmas 😂😂enjoy those hills!! These people watching are probably in awe of you thinking I wish I had the guts to do that!!! 😊
It was the only chance I had to run this weekend. I think I must be getting addicted!
Well done. Bet the neighbours were saying "Oooh look at her showing off" !! I can't be accused of showing off. I have no option since moving home to get down hill to lakes and canal I run. Unfortunately I have to run back up it !!Used to avoid like the plague any inclines.
I think now having finally conquered it there is something more challenging about having to climb hills. And good for showing off !. I regularly mention now that I have run uphill.
To be honest I suspect most of them were asleep! I have to get used to hills as our local parkrun has a few big ones. I have avoided them so far...but I feel a bit more confident now!
