Really chucking it down today, so tried to find a window when it was a little calmer, but still ended up getting soaked.

Run went fine tried to slow it down a little from R2 to even the runs out a little hill wise, and it seemed to work fine.

Last run started with a pretty steep hill a noticed that my breathing was fine for the whole run, but struggled to keep the rhythm a bit went I got to the top of the hill, running the hill was fine, it seems to be when I finish them it goes out of whack a little. Slowed it down and was fine after 20 seconds or so.

Actually on the cooldown walk it was chucking it down that badly I really wanted to carry on running, but restrained myself. Ended up going on a 4 mile dog walk instead afterwards, so probably for the best.

Not sure if I'll start week3 on Sunday or monday yet, will probably depend on how active I am tomorrow, but looking forward to it, just wish the rain would do one!

Good work mate. Think Sunday is down to be wet, why wouldn’t it be I’m marshalling junior park run?! Hopefully some better weather after that. Enjoy your next run.

Thanks tell me about it, gonna be a long old winter... Gonna have to start looking at some new gear I think, have nothing really suitable for this weather. Shorts and t-shirt this morning and I bloody felt it!

No doubt the weather will be mild during the early hours swimming (indoors) and wet for running outdoors later! Que sera! 😸
