First run of W2 tomorrow 😝

Well lm starting my W2 tomorrow feeling rather nervous of what awaits me any advice gratefully received. Will run before work again. I'm drinking more tonight after my last early morning run when my legs felt very heavy l think due to not drinking enough the day before. Any advice ?

Have a big glass of water before you go. Warm up well with at least 5 minutes walking. Other than that just enjoy it. Remember the advice of the experts on here like OldFloss "slow and steady" and if you start to struggle slow down a bit more but try to keep going till the end. Good luck :0)

Hydrate well every day :)

Just take the run gently,, slow and steady as with all of them.. each one makes you stronger :)

Nice and steady will do it, don't strike the ground hard as it wastes energy. Do as Oldfloss recommends and keep kissing the ground with your feet.
