Not sure why I struggled today, put it down to nothing to listen to as radio hardly played a tune! And Leo was reluctant to run and kept putting the brakes on so I was dragging a 25kg dog along (he is now snoring on my bed!) week 5 on Thursday- ekkkkk - playlist is gonna happen

Couldnt run without music. Tried it once and I only had myself to talk to and I bored myself to death!
Week 5 is where it all starts to come together and also where you have less time left in the program than you have already done. If that makes sense.
Good for you for struggling through today!

Aw your dog has other ideas 😃 They are quite positive about where they don't want to go aren't they 😃
Running to music is fab but you can run in silence. Listen to what's happening around you instead
