I completed Week 5 Run 2 on Friday, relatively comfortable (in the sense it was hard work, but completed it!).
Tonight i am embarking on Week 5 Run 3.....and weirdly i am really looking forward to it, not sure if its the impending sense of achievement, or whether in my head i still feel like i shouldnt be able to do this amount of running, so looking forward to testing myself. We shall see.......
Thank you - i have been looking forward to this run for a couple of weeks, slightly anxious, but also feel as though its a hurdle that needs crossing to progress.
Its a good run and the grin after it is done is huge.... happy running tonight
