Its been so hard getting back into c25k after a long spell off after graduation this time last year! After beating myself up and gaining half a stone and feeling so low I decided to just get out there yesterday after spending a week reading all the great motivational posts on this forum so huge thanks๐ its great to see some of the names still here though a lot now on the 10k so well done to you all!! Old floss , irish john, jan can run all your posts & tips for getting rid of gremlins, slow & slower still, helped so much yesterday when i went back to week3 run 1 to see how i would do, very slow but bet my new running buddy๐๐, needed a sense of humour when i saw the ๐๐
Great to see so many on this forum and hope to get back to my second graduation with all the support from such lovely posts ... and i will keep posting so we can all help each other ๐

Well done for getting back into it! I'm the same, had to stop due to pregnancy issues but started again at week 1. I'm on week 9 now and it feels great, I'm so glad I tried again.
Ah thanks! I have tried before in july & got up to 26mins then went on holiday!! Off work this week & my "bright" trainers packed with my running gear!! You have so helped knowing you are at week 9 well done๐๐.
Yes, lots of us still here for you to run with. Take your time to get back into your running again, Laura will get you back to 30 minutes again..you know that๐xx
