To be honest, the most ominous week was week 1 then, for me week 3 and then W5 R3 but everyone will have a different idea of which is the most ominous.
Just keep up doing what you are doing, the program is designed to increase your fitness and stamina as you go, really without you realising it.
Keep posting up your progress and remember, even if you don't complete a run, it isn't a failure, it is a practice that you learn from.
