Final run of week 9 completed. Graduation achieved....and feeling very smug!!
I won't lie though.... today my legs felt quite heavy unlike the last 2 runs where I think they have just kept on going and I've been oblivious to it!
So I started this on Aug 8th feeling like a blob, needing to get fresh air and a routine going and although those first few weeks were hard work I've witnessed some beautiful sunrises, pea- soup fog and a herd of cows seemingly appearing from nowhere up on the moors. Such a fantastic and satisfying feeling.
We certainly have .... well done you. Along with everyone else who's still on the journey or has completed it. It is so worth it. π₯π₯π₯πππ
