I did it!

Final run of week 9 completed. Graduation achieved....and feeling very smug!!

I won't lie though.... today my legs felt quite heavy unlike the last 2 runs where I think they have just kept on going and I've been oblivious to it!

So I started this on Aug 8th feeling like a blob, needing to get fresh air and a routine going and although those first few weeks were hard work I've witnessed some beautiful sunrises, pea- soup fog and a herd of cows seemingly appearing from nowhere up on the moors. Such a fantastic and satisfying feeling.

I just have one last thing to say...

Thank you to you all for your support!

πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜€ Brilliant! Well done on your graduation! C25K is a bit of a life-changer, eh?

Lovely post. Don't worry about the heavy legs. Happens now and then, even to the most seasoned runner. Have a well deserved rest today. 😘
