Well that didn’t go as expected! Have had a weeks rest as I have tired all week. Went out today for my first post graduation run, had to cut it short as My groin started hurting- well at least I did 20 minutes- maybe I need to start doing stretches in between runs? Oh well looks like I’m going to have to give it a rest again to give my body time to recover- so frustrating! Maybe I can do shorter runs this week? What do you suggest?

Have you had pain there before?
Can you attribute it to anything in particular?
Maybe try another run at a very gentle pace and see if it recurs.
Do you stretch after every run?
It was one reason why I had a weeks rest. Maybe I needed longer. Think I need to stretch - I do a warm up walk/ cool down brisk walk as suggested in the app and in the past this has been enough. Maybe the longer runs are taking more out of me than I thought and I need to stretch. Will see how a short run goes on Wednesday.
