Just completed R1 of W3 at a different time of day to normal and fine it a little harder. Normally I run in the mornings but today I ran in the late afternoon and boy was it harder. A hard day at work and then exercise mmmm. I think I, m a morning person. Has anybody else found a difference when they run at a different time to when they normally run??

I can’t get my head round running at any time except first thing in the morning before the day takes control of me!

I have run in the early morning, the afternoon and the evening and I have found that I perform better on the early mornings!! I have so much more energy and couldn't possibly imagine doing a full day at work and then trying to find some energy to do a run, however I do understand that for some people this is the only option.

For me it's early mornings all the way.

I started in the morning but now find evenings after work are better. I have to make sure I don't eat at least 3 hours before running though and drink a large glass of water before I start. Well done on getting this far 👍
