W7R3 Getting There!


Out at 5:30 again for R3 of WK7. Found it a little harder than the last 2 and was a bit disappointed 😞....until I checked my distance and split times.... got my running KMs all well under 7 mins😃 For some reason I was running faster without even realising it!! 🏃‍♂️ Covered 4.33km, so well on the way to covering 5km in at least 40 mins, (hopefully less), by week 9. 😃

I’ve come so much further than I ever thought I could when I started this program. Thanks for all the support and encouraging posts, they keep me going !! 👍🏻

Wherever you are in the program keep at it !! You can do it!!

Amazing distance! Wayyyyy faster and a longer run than me and you ran 5 minutes less! 😩😀😩😀😩

Just joshing, I’m not worried about my 🐌 pace, but you should be very proud and you’ll smash 5k soon no trouble!

Maybe combining this program with my Slimming World efforts is really paying off! I started sooo slowly in week 1 that I can barely believe it myself. I’m not really bothered too much about speed etc especially as most say that comes with time, but I did surprise myself 😃
