Out at 5:30 again for R3 of WK7. Found it a little harder than the last 2 and was a bit disappointed 😞....until I checked my distance and split times.... got my running KMs all well under 7 mins😃 For some reason I was running faster without even realising it!! 🏃♂️ Covered 4.33km, so well on the way to covering 5km in at least 40 mins, (hopefully less), by week 9. 😃
I’ve come so much further than I ever thought I could when I started this program. Thanks for all the support and encouraging posts, they keep me going !! 👍🏻
