Getting there

I normally run with my daughter by the canal which is lovely (and mostly flat 😁) but I’m away from home at the moment in Stockholm, so decided to do my run on the treadmill in the hotel gym. A bit weird to get used to as I get dizzy very easily due to vertigo, and a bit self conscious as there’s mirrors everywhere 😨 but it was ok and I completed W6R1 without any issues. Very pleased 😁

Well done you. Running on the treadmill must have felt strange when you're used to running outside 😊😊

Very well done! πŸ˜€

I find balancing on a treadmill strange too - I have to hold on intermittently! .. And mirrors - nooo! πŸ˜‚

Great job. I don’t think I’d like mirrors around me when I run 😱

Enjoy the last intervals of the plan next time out.
