So who knew that faffing could be good... after a week without running due to a streaming cold, & then an awful run on Monday (prob too soon back), I was all set to head out today... up I got, gear on, map my run set... & then the faffing started... the cat (21yrs old!) demanded food, then another trip to the loo, blow my nose yet again, decide to take some sudafed for it... then went back to the door to see that the grey morning had turned into absolute torrential rain... what to do, what to do... 10 more mins of faffing & before I realised that the rain had stopped as fast as it had started... the sun came out & I had the most fantastic run ever! Cool, fresh air & sunshine... Bliss π

It's been ages since I've had a good faff. I'm worried you may be competing for my title.
But you were lucky with your faffage as it meant you had a lovely run in sunshine. Long live the Faff.
