Just back from this run and wow I actually enjoyed it. Could it be that Iβm getting the bug?
I felt like I wasnβt as tired at the end although my hips were killing me, but I didnβt feel as exhausted as I normally do- felt like I found my pace?? Did anyone else find this wk4??
Iβm exited to finish this wk runs on Friday πͺπ»
Hope everyone running today enjoys their run as much as I did - itβs hot out there though so keep hydrated ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ

I too did w4r2 this morning, just as the day was dawning. My best exercise pitch is a grassy field at the top of a hillock, so mostly up and down. I kept running for all those 16 minutes, but slightly extended a couple of recovery walks. No concessions on Friday though, and don't tell Laura!
As I'm over 80, I might spend a couple of days building up towards 8 minute runs, as going up from 3 to 5 was something I had to do in stages. I am really looking forward to finishing week 9, but not bothered if it takes a couple of extra weeks to get there.
Yes well done you. Feels good doesnβt it. Wow you are over 80. What an inspiration. I feel the same if I need to repeat runs/weeks I will letβs keep each other going ππͺπ»ππ½ββοΈ
Well done Ringla - you are an inspiration- just go through the programme at your own pace - a few extra weeks - does it matter - youβll get there - slow and steady is my mantra ππΌββοΈπ
