First time of posting. I'm 66 years of age, recently lost 2.5 stones and today I completed Run 1 of week 3. Think this week will be fine, although looking at Week 4, I think it may be a step too far too quickly.
Is it OK to do one week twice, before moving on?

You can do whatever you like. Most on here will say that you should move on if you have done a run. I hadn't read the forum when I started and I repeated a lot until I was confident that I could move to the next run. Both methods work. I am a little younger than you and I felt that I owed it to my body to treat it kindly and not ask too much of it.
The only thing I was absolutely sure about was not to skip a run and not to skip a rest day.
I meant to add a welcome to this forum and to a whole, great new way of life.
Of course, you can do the programme however you like BUT you may find that you do not need to. The programme is really clever taking you step by step in a way that seems like magic (but is apparently science ). Have faith in it and in yourself. If you manage to do a run, move on to the next one. The steps are challenging but definitely doable- Just run really slowly at a pace that is sustainable for you. Enjoy, this programme may change your life
Building the self belief required to do so much more than you may have ever done in the past , is best done, in my opinion, by believing firstly in the programme, which prepares you, despite your doubts, for the next stage.
You will only know if you can do the next run if you try it. If you don't complete it, then you can repeat that run, rather than one that you are feeling comfortable with from an earlier week. You can only fail this plan by giving up, so accept the challenge, maintain your progress and begin to believe in your amazing body which will let you do this much more easily than your brain.
Whichever way you do it, you are in control and you are changing your life with every run you do.
