Just ran run 3 for week 1. So pleased with myself. Was better today than Tuesday and felt like I ran faster. Roll on week 2

Well done, that's the hardest week done.

Don't worry about speed at the minute, just focus on completing the runs, even if that means going slightly faster than walking pace, you can work on speed and distance later.

Good job!! My speed was the fastest in week 1... but slowing it down has helped TREMENDOUSLY!!! Don't worry about the speed.. if anything, concentrate on slowing down not speeding up!!!

Well done you! Just keep on going slow and steady. My downfall to start with was going too fast so I slowed down and everything fell into place and started to feel so much easier. Keep it up!
