So me being my pessimistic self looked at this week and thought I'm never going to be able to run for 5 minutes twice!!
I recalled what everyone on this forum says about taking it slow and slowed my pace down slightly and amazed myself by completing it.
I'm on the brink between still thinking about the running and listening more to my music so the running becomes automatic. I remember from last time when you get to that point it becomes easier I think.
Looking forward to my next run on Tuesdayππ

Well done. Slowing your pace right down is the one piece of advice that I found worked for me. Keep it like that for the rest of the runs and you'll be amazed at what you'll be able to achieve. π
Stop thinking about running and get your head up and enjoy your environment. There's loads going on which will take you out of your head and distract you from that horrid running thing you are subjecting yourself to.
