It's at this point you really start to feel like a runner. If you get your pace right then I think the longer runs are no more difficult then having the intervals inbetween runs so don't be daunted - you're getting so close to the podium - you can do this!

Thanks Rebecca im actually beginning to find the right sort of pace now really... it's the breathing and at this stage I have a small confession to make...ermm...im still a smoker! 🙄tried to give up a few times and am going to try again now coz I know I could run much better if I didn't! So wages at end of week gunna get new e- cig coz that helped last time, then maybe I can get my breathing right! 😉

Well, even if you are still a smoker, you're healthier for running so don't beat yourself up about it too much - one step at a time!

And as for the ciggies, well you will do what you need to when you feel you can. It's not for us to preach, I am really impressed that you're back and on form!
