Run done this morning all good while facing away from wind. Stuggled with it in face found I had to turn to side slightly. Any suggestions? Or something I'll have to get used to π

i haven't had to run in any strong winds yet, and living in London means it is unlikely I will have to face it much...doesn't often get super windy here. My only suggestion would be to slow down a littleβ¦though you probably do anyway if the wind is bearing down on you! Poor you!
You just have to face the music
I'm used to windy running so it is not a problem, but if it is cold wind and its raining and its also hail then I probably wouldn't even go out in it. But running in the wind is something you get used to if you have it all the time. Its just like an extra one percent incline I guess. I've only been running 5 months so I'm not expert but I am used to running in windy conditions.
You can often just turn a corner and lose it. Worth a try as it's annoying π°π¨
My hair kept blowing in my mouth today-Grr. But I liked the wind when it was pushing me home
Was it the cold or the sensation that you didn't like? You could try one of those Buff running scarf thingies perhaps?
Not being able to catch my breath. Plus I have splits up nose. When nose runs. Like it was because of wind. They split. So had blood to wipe away aswell lol. Best get the vaseline out π
Get used.. the wind is always in your face... A buff helps to pull up over the nose as the weather gets colder
Just ordered one but was thinking more headband. But we'll see π
