Well after feeling poorly all weekend and worse yesterday - I dragged my bum up this morning and had a word with myself - Jane move and motivate yerself - and off I went. Those last three minutes were hard! But I did it - and Leo is thrilled to be back running!

Well done... glad it felt okay.. always listen to your body...it is you best guide. and if in doubt.. slow down
Well done Jane, you're doing brilliantly. It's a fine balance isn't it, deciding whether your body is telling you to stop or it's just having a little moan. Very glad you made it though, the mental boost it gave you probably really helped.
Like floss said though, do be aware of your body and please don't over-do it. It's not a race, and you can always just slow down if needs be. Couch to 5k isn't distance dependent, despite the name, it's all about 30 minutes excersise.
Now have a well earned cuppa and a sit down!! In fact, follow your dog's exampe
