So first time to post on here ...... but have been reading the posts for the past week and thought Iβd tag along π€ͺ
So Iβm new to running , have lost two and a half stone with three ish to go . So far so good and I have started parkrun which I am hooked on after two runs! I count the third run of the week as my parkrun session. Hooked !!!!! Cannot imagine running anything past 10/15 minutes at present though, but value the pace yourself advice and trusting the C25k app. Thanks everyone love this app !!!
