So first time to post on here ...... but have been reading the posts for the past week and thought Iβd tag along π€ͺ
So Iβm new to running , have lost two and a half stone with three ish to go . So far so good and I have started parkrun which I am hooked on after two runs! I count the third run of the week as my parkrun session. Hooked !!!!! Cannot imagine running anything past 10/15 minutes at present though, but value the pace yourself advice and trusting the C25k app. Thanks everyone love this app !!!

Hello and great for getting to wk3 and you've been at parkrun already. Just keep it slow as you have been and make sure you're drinking plenty water about 2-3 litres 7 days a week not just on run days.
C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck ππ
