Managed to put it off for most of the day yesterday, until it was really windy! But I'm enjoying my River Taff runs... which was a bit more energised today.
I actually timed the run just as all the Cardiff half marathon runners were on their way back, all proudly sporting medals. So it felt slightly odd slogging out 20 mins considering what they'd just been through! They still all looked on their feet and happy though - maybe one day that'll be me...

Who knows, one day that might be you. This time last year I was at Week 8, and a couple of weeks later started again at Week 1, and looked on at the 10k Race for Life in my local park as being so awesome. Imagine, 1 year on and I actually ran the 10k Race for Life last weekend and finished under 55 minutes. So you never know... 😉
