Set my alarm for 5.30 to go out and do W2R2. Silly me set it for 5.30 pm so woke up in a start 30 mins later than expected. My hubby said you might as well postpone the run until tonight! I thought about it and remembered how tired I was last Monday running after work so set off for my run later than planned.
It went well. I completed it and found it easier than the run on Friday. So far so good. W2R3 planned for Wednesday morning ππ»
