Want to run a 5km West Sussex October 2017

I am ready, I know I can do it. Park runs are a no go because it is a Saturday and I have regular commitments. Anyone know of a Sunday or weekday 5km happening soon. I can run solo, but I fancy the different challenge of running in company. Thanks

Libby, I am not sure if you have graduated yet or not but do be careful about selecting a 5k race. Some are hardcore for a new runner, with strict cutoff times, while others are far more relaxed and expect large numbers of people to walk part of the course.

Parkrun is ideal for new runners, because it falls firmly into the latter category, however I am not aware of any similar events that occur regularly on Sundays or during the week.

Check with your local running clubs or with sites like therunningbug.com
