Just come bac from competing in my first ever run. There were 365 of us altogether, really didn't know what to expect. It was my first run without Laura & I really missed her. My breathing was shot to pieces in the first 5 mins & I could hear myself wheezing (never wheezed before) but with my husbands encouragement I carried on & did 5km in 36 mins. Lots of room for improvement but I did it!
