5km Run

Finally I am running 5km it’s only took 7 months after graduating to push myself to do this , absolutely beautiful morning much more pleasant than the weekend for running - to all those graduates that didn’t make 5k on graduation day - you can do this believe in yourselves 😀😀

I'm loads short of the distance but hope once I graduate I can work on it and maybe speed up a bit.

Thank you fellow runners I was nowhere near when I graduated majority of my runs under 4K. It’s amazing what a few more minutes added on at the end of the run makes 😀😀

Congratulations. I have inched my way to 4 k after graduating in March and want to do 5k before my first 5k ‘race’ in July. 🤞

It’s not easy but today I actually enjoyed myself - think it’s because I’m also repeating C25K with my daughter to encourage her weight loss /fitness we are on week 5 - and I am missing my time for me running - hope that makes sense 😀
