In the words of Mr Meldrew 'I don't believe it!!' It was a slippy sliddy kind of Parkrun in the mud this morning, so slow & steady was definetly the way forward (as ever, thank you Oldfloss !). I ran my 30 minutes then walked for 4 minutes and decided I'd have a go & run the rest. All in I completed it in 40 minutes 23 seconds, so I'll take that! I am over the blimmin moon to have completed the programme, and want to say thank you so much. The support on this forum has been phenomenal, and we share each other's successes, struggles and comedy moments! I had you all with me going over that finish line this morning, WE DID IT!! πππ

Amazing, well done You did that, all you! I tell you, when people graduate it's so encouraging to those of us not quite so far on. Great stuff, and especially on finishing in style with a park run!
Thank you, that's lovely to hear that it encourages others. Definetly trust the programme & stick with it, it works wonders! Best of luck with your running journey, I will keep an eye out for your graduation post!
Thank you, I rather like having it there! I did my first post graduation run on Tuesday, and also got my first nod from a fellow runner, it's been a good week!
