Well I've only gone and achieved the goal i set out to do on 13th July when i started C25K.. (i know i have 2 more runs but i am celebrating๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚) considering the problems i started with, family illness, lack of motivation, unhappy with life i didnt realise how much this would help me mentally... I managed to also do 4K in the 30 minutes so today i am very happy with what I have achieved... For any one thats just starting just take it slow and steady, get advice and support from the lovely people on here and enjoy the run... Just by putting one foot in front of the other you are closer to your goal... Have a great day

To think this all started with 60 seconds of running. You should be so pleased. Well done you ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Well done! I have just done my first 20 minute run and so encouraging to read your story.

Have you got a plan for after your last run?

Thanks.. Well done on 20 minutes it is a massive leap forward... Just stick to the plan as your next week reduces in time.... Next challenge will be a park run in the next 2-3 weeks... Id like to run for 35-37 minutes as i think i will be quite close to 5k then..... What are your goals?

There is a local park run so hope to do that. Plus while out one day bumped into an old neighbour, she lived near me 18 years ago, but she has started running again so we are hoping to be running buddies once I can run. Then really excited to have plans to go out with my brother and step mother- but they donโ€™t live near by so need to plan that in.

Normally I get over excited and over plan and donโ€™t finish things - so have just been going with the flow on this programme and this is a v new plan ๐Ÿ˜

Good luck with everything and thank you for asking ๐Ÿ‘

Sounds like a plan... I was opposite to u as had no motivation and no planning or goal setting.. At least this one is in bite size pieces... Good luck and enjoy the small victories

Well done you. Goal set and achieved.

What's next for you o your journey? X
