Hi guys, I am totally new to C25K, just about to complete my first week tomorrow. At the end of next month me and my husband are going to Cuba for two weeks and we will be part way through week 5 of the program.
As a rule, I have never gone for runs on holiday, and as this is a long, touring holiday, we may not have too much free time to do so without it eating into our free time.
My question is; has anyone ever had a two week break then re-started when they came back, maybe dropping back a week in progress? My theory is, as we will be W5R2 by the time we fly, when we return we start at W4R1. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Two weeks of debauched lifestyle might just be long enough to impact your condition, but only just. If you are well rested when you get back you will probably be fine to pick up where you left off.
The first thing I pack when going on holiday is my shoes...........running in Cuba.........how can you consider NOT doing that?
