Can't believe I managed to run for 16 mins, 2 x 8 mins, and I lived to tell the tale! Must say last couple of mins I had to dig deep. Really pleased and now we're off for more walking in the New Forest. Love being on holiday!

It's amazing what our bodies can do when we listen to our body and not our mind!

2x 8 mins. That's great! Did you see yourself doing that a few weeks ago?

Definitely not thought it possible never run before so every step is amazing!

Nicely done and digging deep is a good sign of commitment.

Jump from 8 mins to 20 😱

I’m facing r3wk5 and the jump from 8 - 20 mins seems daunting. How did others find it?
