I find it pretty hard, I think to be sure to be able to run the full 30 minutes I will re do the week 8. Not easy but I have to keep up. Another thing, the music are not the best, especially '' you and Julie'' the words are not super. lol anyways

Thinking about Canada and I am nostalgic....( just wanted to share)

Love the picture (I'm in Canada - but in Southern Ontario, where most things are flat).

It is hard. Some days harder than others, some days easier. Finally running 30 minutes straight - very hard - and very rewarding. Good for you for knowing yourself and being honest about what you need to do to succeed.

Music wise - I don't know the song you're referring to, but I always try to put two specific songs in my playlist, strategically placed: one in the middle and one at the end. I put "Not Given In" by Rudimental in the middle and "'Till I Collapse" by Eminem at the end. They are such motivators.

All the best to you!

thanks a lot, I was talking about the music in te NHS application, I have downloaded it in 2010 :S the music is not so good. Now that I know I can run 28 minutes in a row I will go for a play list. Thanks for the recommandations !

You may want to do one of the Week 9 runs with Laura to hear what she says...😊

Well done on getting to Wk 8 and you will do it slow and steady..x

Oh, I remember "You and Julie". I would get the point where I'd be shouting in my mind "Yes, Laura, I've had enough of you and bloomin' Julie."

You could always use the NHS C25K app and choose your coach, but use your own playlist.
