I'm due to try this tonight. I'm struggling to see how I'll do it but am going to try. I've managed all the other runs but never comfortably so feel rather intimidated by the longer runs and the shorter recovery walks.

Just relax, breathe, start slow and stay slow.... you will be fine...Hope it went really well!

How did you do? Hope it was alright. If you _managed_ all the other runs, that's the key word :) (I suspect us beginner runners are rarely *comfortable*, and this programme is designed to push us!)

Monday wasn't good but today I managed it. I feel like I'd be hard pressed to run any slower at the moment but amazingly I can run 5 minutes non stop! Now some recovery time before run 2 at the weekend.
