What a busy weekend I've had full of nightshifts at work and hardly any sleep in between and because of that, I have not been able to run since Friday.
I'm not happy about that as I so wanted to finish up week 2 run 3 yesterday but I simply didn't have the time.
Going to bed early tonight to gain back some of the many hours of lost sleep over the weekend and i will be back jogging tomorrow to finish up week 2.
Life..... doesn't always go how you planned.

Okay here's a deal... you run tomorrow and so will I, i have a pesky milestone that I'd like to do.

You too.... we post tomorrow and we name and shame each other, although not sure exactly how we do that... do the run and post, I can't do mine until lunchtimeish.

Hang on.... your working shifts/nights AND doing c25k? Wow. That's impressive. I know that you don't have any choice in that, but credit where it's due, that makes things harder than for most of us. Cut yourself some slack and please don't be hard on yourself. You will get there, you will do this, and you will be all the more proud of yourself when you do. As will we It's so great to hear everyone's stories on here, amazing.
