My last run of week four was not one of my better ones, I'd been on my feet (at work) for a straight nine and a half hours with no lunch break
Going into the run with already tired legs and sore feet was maybe not the best idea but determination won through and I'm now looking forward (should I?) to week five.
Going to sit down before I fall down

Do some stretches have a big glass of squash and get yourself into a nice hot bath, then whilst you are soaking you can reorder your thoughts to be; "despite a long and tiring day on my feet at work and missing lunch I still managed to complete my run tonight, how good is that. Just shows what I can do when I put my mind to it." :0)
Thanks for that, determination does count for a lot.
I think J9 has that about right. C25k only requires that you complete the run. Doesn't have to be good or fast or fun or pretty. Just done, and you did it. 🏃👏
I was listening to Joe Jackson on my Sunday run and he sang 'they say that looks don't count for much' and that's true of every run I do, they're never pretty, usually ugly in fact. But they all count as runs and yes you absolutely should look forward to W5 because you've damned well worked hard to get there...
