Just completed week 4 at least it stopped raining. Struggled abut today but mileage time is coming down do must be doing something . Got a really tough week next week starting a new job so a little hesitant to go into week 5 or repeat week 4 any advice ?

Try week five. I've just completed it this week, I had to redo season 3 twice. You know you can do week four. Just be mindful that you have to push yourself a little bit more this week.

But also enjoy it. If you have a hectic week ahead of you. Make your running time, yourtime! Use it to plan your meals or the rear of your week 😊 good luck 😘

Just go... slow and really steady..it may just help with the new job scenario... relax, know you can do it and enjoy the fact that you have come so far:)

Good luck with the new job.. if you are doing this.. and you are..you are going to be brilliant!

You've done W4 move on, if you don't try W5 you'll never move forward... if a W5 run gives you issues, just repeat that specific one...
