I really didn't feel upto this run. A headache (I imbibed a little too much wine yesterday) and the thought of getting out of bed were 2 very good reasons for not running. But 5 minutes of guilt, a couple of p aracetamols and a glass of water pushed me out of the door. It was hard but definately worth the effort. I seemed to cover more ground today and the half way bell sounded a lot further on than usual. I'm now looking forward to w3r1 on Saturday which is also my birthday.

Hangover running, believe me the worst invention from the devil himself. Well done on pushing through
